Why Kestrel Ledger

Everything in One Place

Documents from multiple employers, different decades, and various agencies are brought together in a single indexed file — no more searching across drawers.

No Advice on Entitlements

We are clear about scope. Our work covers organisation, information, and clerical support only. Where a question calls for a qualified professional, we refer you appropriately.

Unhurried, Methodical Pace

There is no pressure here. Sessions run at a comfortable pace, and every step is explained before it happens. The records room approach: calm, thorough, and organised.

Kuala Lumpur Office & On-Site

Sessions are available at our Level 21 Menara Binjai office or, for the Organisation Session, at your home or existing office — whichever is more practical.

Plain Language Throughout

Retirement scheme terminology is explained in everyday English. The glossary we provide remains useful long after the session ends.

Suitable for Groups and Families

The Workshop Series accommodates up to twenty-five participants. Family members helping an older relative are welcome at individual sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly does a Records Organisation Session involve?
We spend roughly three hours working through your existing papers — statements, employer letters, contribution histories, identification copies, and any relevant correspondence. Each document is catalogued in a contents sheet, scanned into a labelled digital folder, and placed in an archival wallet. At the end you have a complete, indexed set of records and a written list of anything that appears to be missing. Sessions can take place at our Kuala Lumpur office or at a location convenient to you.
Can you tell me whether I am eligible for my pension or how much I will receive?
No — and we are upfront about that. Kestrel Ledger provides clerical and informational support only. We organise documents, help complete official forms accurately, and explain what various records are. Questions about individual eligibility, entitlement calculations, or benefit amounts are matters for the relevant official channel or a qualified professional, and we will point you towards the right one.
How long does the Paperwork Preparation Support engagement take?
Typically three to four appointments spread over four to six weeks. The pace depends on the volume of documents and the complexity of the submission. We maintain a tracking sheet throughout so you always know what has been sent, what is pending, and what published response windows to expect.
Who is the Workshop Series designed for?
Employers who want to offer their staff a practical overview of retirement record-keeping, community associations, and family groups preparing for retirement together. Sessions accommodate up to twenty-five participants and can be delivered in person or online. No individual circumstances are assessed during the sessions — the focus is on how Malaysian retirement records are structured and how to keep personal files orderly over time.
What are the fees for each service?
The Records Organisation Session is priced at RM 490. Paperwork Preparation Support is RM 1,560 for the full engagement. The Workshop Series for a group of up to twenty-five is RM 4,200. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit and cover the included materials listed for each service. There are no hidden additions.
How do I get started?
Use the contact form below or call us directly at +60 3-2181 4790. A brief initial conversation — usually no longer than fifteen minutes — is enough to identify which service suits your situation and to arrange a first appointment at a time that works for you.
